it's really fucked that daniel tosh did this too, he should absolutely know better. but getting called out on it in a quick moment of "oh man this person thinks rapes not funny how embarrassing" is nowhere near as embarrassing as fucking saying you should get gangraped, and then people laugh at her for that.
