So while the forums were down I had a while to think about stuff and starting last night I quit smoking.

Bought some nicorette gum for getting through the day and got incredibly antsy, and then I noticed that the dosage of the gum I got was 4 mg of nicotine per piece and was not recommended for people who smoked less than 25 cigarettes a day.  I smoked maybe 7 a day.

I'm not returning them.
