Saw The Avengers in 3D yesterday and watched Thor, Ironman 1 + 2 and Captain America on DVD on friday for better understanding. Dear fucking God. If I wouldn't be such a geek already, I would be now.

The Hulk was just wonderful. And I think I'm gay for Robert Downey Jr.

It's about comics. Comics are geeky, aren't they? Or was that nerdy?

I thought that stereotype died in the early 90's.

It's not the material itself that makes it geeky, it's the obsessional aspect. Going to see a movie is pretty normal, watching four further films in one day in order to understand that film more is geeky.

He wants to see a story in sequential order, what a nerd.

Next he'll play a video game for it's story or watch a cartoon or something.

He wants to see 12 hours of a story in one sitting, what a geek.

Next he'll replay play a trilogy of video games for it's story, or watch an entire series of a cartoon in one sitting or something.
Fixed that for you.

Thor: 115 minutes
Captain America: 124 minutes
Iron Man: 126 minutes
Iron Man 2: 124 minutes

So yeah, 8 hours back to back. But it was totally worth it. Thor was hilarious on a "Dear God, I can't believe he's that stupid" level. Wanted to see The Incredible Hulk too, but the DVD wasn't available.

Incredible Hulk was easily the worst one, but it was still an okay film.

Thor and Cap were both amazing though.
