Is Lost Planet + Lost Odyssey worth $15?

Lost Planet sucks.  I bought the PC port when it was on sale for $5, and even that was a waste of my money.

I have been vocal about my distaste for Left4Dead2, because I feel that the first game was neglected on all counts and we as consumers were not given what was advertised. It isn't about a sense of entitlement, it's about me shelling out my hard-earned money to a con-man who ran with it and gave me something worth less than what I paid for.

So, Valve makes a FABULOUS Halloween event over the weekend, free hats for everyone, everybody is happy, I don't think I encountered anyone who felt negatively about the update. All was well.

SO THEN Valve, you decide to be a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥bags and pretty much punish those of us who choose to withhold buying L4D2 because of our discontent with the treatment of L4D1. Don't say that's not what you're doing Valve. It's exactly what's going on.

You just want to make the people who are boycotting your piece of ♥♥♥♥ game even MORE angry than they already are. You want them to reconsider their anger about the NEGLECT Left4Dead suffered because of you, just for the sake of a hat in-game. And it's not even a really great hat at that (this is not me being poor and irish, excluding all the freebie hats, I do have ONE hat, in all my time of playing).

Not to mention the fact that Team Fortress 2 and your precious Left4Dead franchise are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. Trying to connect the two just makes it seem so very disingenuous.

I just don't understand your motives, Valve. You actually had a happy community for the WHOLE weekend. And then you pull something so incredibly stupid like this that sometimes I wonder if you guys do it on purpose for some sick reason.

I am sure that NO ONE at Valve would like to hear incessant whining about their products; I am sure that reading a post like this is the LAST thing you want to be doing. So WHY GOD WHY do you do such MORONIC things and frazzle the community, after you launched quite possibly the greatest update the game has seen in a while?

This weird cycle of FREE HATS FOR EVERYONE and preferential treatment bull♥♥♥♥ needs to stop. We need to start coming to some sort of resolution like a trading syst---oh. Wait. Yeah. We're still waiting on that one. :\

GG, Valve. GG.

It isn't self-censored, that's how things are censored on the Steam Forums.

This is my favorite.

"I see that both games are offered bundled and retailing for $64.98 usd. So, those who DID NOT buy L4D 1 last year are now extended a 35% discount for both games.

Those of us LOYAL to Valve and the series who purchased the first game last November are NOT extended any discount except for the 10% pre-buy which is just an initiative to increase launch date sales.

These price points are not very ethical nor honorable to those of us who already own the first game in the series, Valve.

Unfortunately, I used to hold Valve in much higher regard, but releasing a sequel so soon, the price points and the lack of content in both titles is unscrupulously disgraceful."

Calling it S.T.A.L.K.E.R was in no way a bad thing.

I don't know, I can't help but imagine that continually traipsing through metro tunnels would get a little... samey.

Because of all the dicks.

Hellgate: London was a milestone for gaming all across the globe.  I would even go so far as to call it the Jumper of video games, it's that good.
