DM'd a game of DnD where my players spent 2 hours trying to find a way into a building OTHER than the front door, AFTER they found out that the only thing on the front door was Magic Mouth.

This was also after they found out every other entrance was trapped to shit.

I sincerely think that Nox was a better villain by comparison.  That isn't to say that both Nox and Qilby aren't baller villains, but Nox all the way.  Nox's motivation is far more admirable in my opinion to Qilby's 'I was bored, nobody understands me weeeeeeeh'.  In addition, Nox is far more likable and relatable by the end of the final fight, because he ends up getting fucked by the thing driving him to do all this shit in the first place.  Qilby's just like, 'Oh hey, the Eliacube.  Get over here buddy.  BAM now you're an owl.'  Now in terms of powers, that's like saying do you prefer time or space manipulation?  THEY'RE BOTH FUCKING AWESOME.  So that's pretty much a null argument, because damn those are some baller powers yo.

Now, if we're going to factor Rushu in here, then oh my god.  Rushu himself wasn't that interesting, but Grovy's master aka Fuck Death I Got Bored?  Jesus christ.  Yugo's powers were fucking tits, and that was a joy to watch.  Cleophee, even though she was just kind of thrown in for no real reason, ended up being a pretty solid character.  Amalia never really stopped being a bitch except for that one time.

Now that I've got all the episodes downloaded and ready, I'm def gonna watch S2 again not low.

Though we already continued the villain discussion yesterday, I gotta say:

Rushu is the worst fucking villain. Seriously. He's there for Goultard to pound on. Which is great, because Goultard is great. Also, I wish I had been there to see the look on your face when Yugo's hat came off. I like Cleophee, but it'll always be Eva man. Eva's the best hero character that isn't named Grovy. And yeah, Amalia's just a bitch.

Season 2 is really more non-plot related episodes for most of its run until the last few, which is MAIN PLOT ALL UP IN DIS BITCH.
